Began as a proprietorship firm, State Electric, in Bombay, India in 1970
1981
Expanded to Bangalore, India in 1981
1990
Founded as a private limited company in 1990
1993
Designed and started manufacturing of custom cam operated switches and other critical parts for Spohn & Burkhardt GmbH & Co. KG, a leading joystick manufacturer in Blaubeuren, Germany
1994
Designed and started manufacturing of roller operated switches for Kiepe Elektrik GmbH, a leading conveyor belt safety switch manufacturer in Dusseldorf, Germany
1995
Started representing Spohn & Burkhardt GmbH & Co. KG, in India Started exporting custom switchgear to ELEKTRA Tailfingen Schaltgeräte GmbH & Co. KG
1996
Started exporting custom selector swithces to OEM controls, Inc., a leading electro-hydraulic controller manufacturer in Connecticut, USA
1997
Designed tooling for plastic injection molded parts for Hetronic, Malta (now part of Methode Electronics, Inc.)
2019
Appointed as representatives for Kiepe Elektrik GmbH, Germany, for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka
2022
Appointed as representatives for ELEKTRA Tailfingen Schaltgeräte GmbH & Co. KG for India, Appointed as representatives for Midori Precisions Co. Ltd., for India.
